Instructions on form submission:

The booking form contains fields with an asterisk, which must be filled in to successfully submit your request. After you submit your request, you will receive an email containing a summary of your submission. If you do not receive this email, or the page does not submit your request after pressing the submit button, please check that all fields with an asterisk have been filled in.

Please allow up to two business days for us to process your online booking form. If you do not receive a response from us within two days, please email us at UCHVBookings@gov.ab.ca to ensure your inquiry was received.

Food services for lunch are not typically available from October to April, but may be available for in-person bookings for school programs if booked in advance.

A cell phone number for a group leader, present with the group at the Ukrainian Village on the booked date is required.

Payment

School program fees are payable through our secure online admission system. (Online payment requires a credit card and the payment coordinator/cardholder’s email address). If your school is unable to make an online payment, please write “Please contact” in the “Payment Coordinator Email Address” field.
