Status message

Pre-registration is now closed, if you would still like to attend the event with your vintage vehicle, please arrive between 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. please see below for a few reminders/notes about logistics (please read carefully):

  1. As we no longer open our gates early in the morning we ask that you arrive between9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

  2. Complimentary admission is for the driver and ONE passenger only. Other passengers will need to pay admission.

  3. There will be volunteer parkers on site that will direct you to a parking area (NOTE: the parkers are volunteers – please smile and thank them!)

  4. Once parked, make your way to the Vehicle Check-In desk.

  5. Pancake breakfast is available to purchase from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. 

  6. The event runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. – we ask that you stay until 4 p.m. if possible

  7. There will be entertainment from 12:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and awards/prizes on the stage at 4 p.m.

  8. Please DRIVE SLOWLY on and off site – we have other visitors around the site that day

  9. There are NO pets allowed on site

  10. This season: Help us fill our Wagon of Hope by bringing non-perishable food items, which will donated to local food banks to support Ukrainians resettling in Alberta, as well as other people in need.
